Mave are you doing this in photoshop or PDN? Can you send me the Project file (from whatever program you are using)? i have an awesome color scheme, but i cant apply it properly to a JPEG

also, add a just a little bit of blur too the grafitti, to make it look more like a real tag

This is the easiest thing ever, graffiticreator.net :T,then edit in Photoshop, then in Paint.net, then export as jpeg, I dont have any of the project files, but I have the logo with a transparent background, btw I tried to blur one myself too, but there are 2 mistakes left unfortunately :\
