A guy walks into a new bar and sees people putting money into a fish bowl, so he asks what's going on. The bartender explains that they're all taking bets and that whoever can complete three tasks that they've chosen will get all of the money. The guy puts in $20, and accepts the three tasks. The bartender tells him that there's a wild dog in the back who needs a tooth pulled, an old woman upstairs who has never sex and he must pleasure, and he has to arm wrestle the strongest man in the bar.
The man thinks about it, and agrees. He walks over to the strongest man, and beats him in one go. Everyone is super proud and they're all high fiving him as he goes out into the backyard. At first, they don't hear anything, but then they hear the worst howling and screaming they've ever heard. It goes on for 20 minutes straight. The man walks back in with a smile on his face and asks, "So, where's that old lady who needs a tooth pulled?"
