Basically, "stroke" means a few things in english, it can be a stroking touch, a medical condition, or a line through something.


It's a play on words, so both nuns (implied they had a stroke aka medical condition) but the 3rd nun was too offended to touch, so this means that, the first two nuns stroked his dick, and the 3rd didn't
