Most often this happens when he hits another car, when he says "asshole, my shit" or "How you allowed to drive if you blind" he's not talking to the other driver he's talking to you!
But most obvious is when he falls from a height and says "What the fuck!?" or "I don't need this shit!" he's clearly talking to the player.
And he downright smashes the 4th wall when his picks up a prostitute and says "Moms, I'm so sorry about this."
