I bet the guy with the KFC bucket was running away from the black guy

Well, as you can see from the vid, the guys' physical (muscular) condition is good. I think some aerobics would help here too, as you need to make complex moves when jumping like that.

I would too but I know I'd never be able to do it, and there's nowhere around here to really do the kind of awesome stuff they are D:


Google for some gymnastics programs that have something like that in your area, I see a lot of footage of these guys in gymnastics places so that's probably where they train :tongue:
