Regarding the 22-23 January downtime

Why were we down?

The Miami datacenter from Burst.net, where TMS is hosted had technical difficulties.
It had probably something to do with the unexpected heavy storms out there, I noticed downtime on another website as well saying the following;

Due to a ridiculous winter storm for which the Pacific Northwest was wholly unprepared, we’ve been without power – and therefore high speed Internet access – for the past two days. We should be back up and running soon according to our providers.

We could only wait for the staff from the datacenter (on a Sunday..) to fix the problems.
That's probably why it took almost 24 hours.
