Recycling Bin Acting Weird

It's so strange... My recycle bin is empty but it shows that it is filled by showing the filled icon on the desktop. When i tried to empty it, this occured! (I was like )

Not in post, but i see no reason why i cannot put a link to my servers forums in my signiture, even if tms sponsors safe, and to be honest if mave or any other admin has a problem they can pm me to negotiate.
