Im not really sure why you are going to need a 850 watt PSU for this.

I'd definitely invest in a Corsair power supply, they're great and have a real nice warranty, plus this is only a bit more expensive.

Go for this if you're planning to upgrade a lot in the future and/or get multiple graphics cards,

Else I'd say tone it down a bit and for around the same price as the XFX one, get a nice reliable Corsair 750w

Other than that looks like a nice rig Too bad you can't quite afford an nvidia GTX 470, those things are sick for the price.

Upwards of $200.

It would definitely be more future-proof, it's support for DX11 is a lot better, and more and more games will start using that in the near future

I got a 650 Watt PSU with a GTX 470 and i7 which works perfectly fine too. So IF you are planning to buy a 5770 you shouldn't get a bigass PSU.

Why a Radeon card?
Anyway this is even better than the 5770, and close to the same price. It's a step down from mine, the 5850, which is pretty damn good. I've heard good things about both the 5770 and 5830, and the 5830 preforms better than the 5770 (obviously)

I've always liked raedon, it's been reliable for me, but if you know any GFX cards similar in performance and price to the 1 i have above, thats helpful as well.

If not, i would suggest getting a 6-core AMD Phenom II instead of a core i7
