Looks like India. Save the trouble, put them in water for 15 minutes, they won't burn the eyes. Also, I expected an emotional picture/story.

Water takes away the zing, just man up and cut them, over time you develop a tolerance for it :tongue:

:troll: As a side note, I thought indians were a darker brown

I can tell my the environment. Also, there is a third dude in the background. Looks like he's covering his eyes with his hands. xD
