I can run Crysis on the highest possible and get about 20 FPS,

BTW, Do you have anti-aliasing on? all the edges of objects seem very rough and jaggie for some reason.
 
There is no AA in GTA IV, it uses some kind of filter but it doesnt look so bad in motion.

Im using 4x AA on burnout.

Yeah, It does look bad when the Definition is off (Filter^). Definition on is when I get clear image and I can actually read stuff in the game.

Btw, I'm getting Burnout Paradise :laugh:
 
My Brother got the ecs 9600GT but instead the 1GB version
 
Nice. The 9600GT GPU is better than I thought.

(my temporary laptop has a FX 5200 go. Can I play GTA SA on it? What do you think :-\)
 
Yes, it can.

I ran SA on the shittiest laptop ever, it had No pixel shader, No vertex shader, No hardware & TL, and no graphic lighting and transformation.

It also had 128 MB RAM.

So you can surely run it, Remis.

How about the newest NFS? Shift I think the name is.
Haven't played it myself yet, but looks pretty awesome :T
 
SHIFT is pretty nice, but if your looking for a racing sim that's defenitly not it.
I kind off think the controls are crap etc.
I'd advise you take NFS Underground 1/2 or NFS most wanted, those were great
