Codemasters confirmed this morning that DiRT 3 is due out worldwide on May 24th.
Judging from screenshots and trailers that have been released over the past few months, it looks like it’s going to be among the most visually impressive racing game ever created.
According to the official website, the game has “more cars, more locations, more routes and more events than any other game in the series”. There are more than 50 cars in the game spanning the past five decades of the sport. Expect to see Subaru and BMW on heavy rotation as well as a healthy dose of Volkswagen and even a bit of Hyundai.
