Isnt it too dangerous because spam bots could abuse this? So maybe add a easy captcha ?

I can't find anything about this being illegal... more info please? Then I can clear up whatever the worry is.
 
If I was to send a Anonymous Email to barack obama using this utility and saying that I was going to assasinate him, would it trace back to me or your websites ip?

They could trace the site that sent the email (http://www.hostupon.com/), from there they could hack it, find it came from themavesite.com, find it came from zezombia.com, find what IP's where connected to that site during the time the email was sent by using logs that hostupon.com surly keeps, track down every ISP connected to each IP that was concurrent, hack into them, find all their logs, see what IPs where assigned to what account during that time, break into your house, beat you down and question you.
