if you have mozilla firefox, you can use a plugin called Download Helper (i dont have a link, just search it on the add ons site, or google downloadhelper)
1 click and you download the video

The Pro's method is good also

I use(d) the firefox plugin. But after I upgraded firefox I lost the plugin :'( PLs I need a link.


Now I have to use http://www.filsh.net/main.html, you can also download from myvideo and clipfish in the format you want.
