But the BMW M3 E93 ain't a regular family car either with its 4.0 litre V8. The Audi is probably some newer (2009?) A4 B7 or B8. I don't know why, but I've always liked diesel engine Audis (driven a Q5 and a Q7 once before and regularly drive A6 Avant C5), must be because my mum has one, meh.

But this sign is Audi asking BMW to top their 3.0 TDI engine (has 3.2 too I think), and BMW responds with their newest and fastest 4door racing car, BMW M3 E92/E93.

I'd honestly go for the Audi and a diesel, more economical for my wallet also.

But Andre, why diesel? I mean it's good for your money, I agree, but the motor is a lot less powerful.

I haven't researched any differences on them and I'm clearly influenced by my current car-to-drive. I suppose I can't ask for more because it does feel good (as with any other non-diesel) when going from 0 to 100km/h in 9 seconds. Though it could be a lot better with a 4.0 liter engine but that's expensive to maintain.

So I agree with you completely.
