TMS Welcomes a new Global Moderator.

After giving Impulse the global moderator rank a few months ago, I decided also to reward Mauri.
He's been around since 2009, and is still active daily. He is also a pretty damn great guy.

That's why today I have decided to reward Mauri with the almighty Global Moderator status.
This is the third time anyone ever has received the status.
