TMS Welcomes a new Global Moderator.
After more than three years of loyalty (August 2009-Present) Impulse is still active daily.
He's also been involved in multiple TMS projects and has always helped where he could.
That's why today I have decided to reward Impulse with the almighty Global Moderator status.
This is the second time anyone ever has received the status. (Currently non-active member GPow69 was the first one)
