I almost got on from school via Opera IRC client but it wouldn't connect :(

Yeah IRC isn't working for me either in school.
Then I had an idea to use the HotspotShield, but I can't even connect to the shield, so IRC on school isn't an option.

I don't know how to connect first to GTANet and then to #themavesite, can someone help me a bit? :s

Mauri, here:

1. Go to Tools>Options>Connect>Servers

2. Click "Add" and fill up these:
-Description: GTANet
-IRC Server: irc.GTANet.com
-Ports: 6667

3. Click on the new created "GTANet" (Above all that "folders")

4. Click "Select"

5. (It will redirect you to Tools>Options>Connect) Press "OK"

6. Click on that little lightning symbol to the top left ("Connect")

7. (You should have connected by now and a window should have appeared) Type in "Enter a channel name and click join": #themavesite

8. Press "Enter" or click "Join"

9. Chat with me
