The Quicklinks Menu

You might have already noticed; And I already announced and said this in the HSCT;

Now there's a 'Quicklinks Menu' (that's what we'll call it). It's located directly under the TMS Spotlight.

It's a simple menu with some much-used topics for easy access. The links link to the .new#seen of a topic.

At the moment we only have HSCT (High Society Chat Topic) & WG (Wallpapers General Topic) on there.
This is also the topic for suggestions to add to the quicklinks menu.

Wouldn't this show up for the 'normal' users? If so, the HSCT would piss them off because they would be redirected to 'no access' page D:

Yeah, I could however add a rollover text.

Just add a title for it in HTML I suppose. Most people just look at what they get in the bar below when they hover a hotlink!
