Why not? It looks crazy, over the top, complete nonsense. Exactly like Saints Row.
I guess SR just really isn’t my thing then
Opinions of this new game are mostly divided between those who liked SR1&2 and those who liked SR3 and the rest, latter games definitely being more into things Sty described. And we all know by now how internet works when there is a "X vs. Y" situation 
Never was into SR that much either so I don't really care how this game will turn out
