Personally Tommy Vercetti from Vice City. Living in the 80's would be so damn epic. Those car radios... man.
I imagine myself driving next to the beach in a cheetah listening to "Dance Hall Days" on Flash FM.

Also, The Dragonborn seems like a pretty awesome occupation. People annoy you? Shout them off a cliff. Guards come after you because you shouted someone off a cliff, just run and pay them 1000 bucks, which you can easily get from raiding a few dungeons.
