Also when Depp's mother died she went out partying with friends instead of going along with Johnny. That same week he lost millions of dollars for some reason (not sure why right now) and he had a tantrum at home in the kitchen. She decided to hide a small camera and record this man breaking down on perhaps one of the most difficult times in his life.

The problem is that Pornhub is also financed by ads... So if they make a SFW version, it'd be competition for YouTube, sure. But They'll fall into the same pifalls: promoting advertiser friendly content to maximize exposure, so they can make the most money.

On top of that, how many people do you think are willing to make the switch from YouTube to NormHub? It'd be a funny meme, but I don't think a lot of the "family friendly" channels will be eager to make that step...

Perhaps they should create a new medium without an obvious connection? I agree that Normhub isn't a good name besides the humor.

Maybe, but like I said before, the success of a new platform isn't based on who can throw the most money at it, but the users.
Look at Mixer. The only reason it's moderately popular is because Ninja switched over, after getting paid a boatload of money to do so.
 
The detour you have to take in between Kununurra and Broome (Australia) because the normal road is closed due to flooding. (when limited to paved roads)
