Another update (thanks /r/fallout), apparently, the site is most likely FAKE. People think that the servers it's registered on don't add up, or don't match other projects.
HOWEVER (mainly because I want to believe), it IS a fact that Bethesda copyrighted FO4 in Europe. So who knows.
Let's just wait and see.
