How to do this?

Go to network connections, find the current connection (wireless or lan), click properties, ipv4
,edit DNS server; change from automatically to 156.154.70.1

My internet goes twice as fast as normal now

Uh, barely noticed any difference, but that's probably because my connection is really fast, webpages running at their normal speed take about less than a second to fully load.

I go to: Network Connections > Local Area Connection (only icon listed) > Properties > And I can't find anything similar to "IPv4".

Nvm, for me it's: Network Connections > Local Area Connection > Properties > Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) (listed item) > Properties.
