After seeing this topic I decided to make my own, it's probably not as good as Hunter's friend's but it works well from what I've tested.

Aha, really nice menu.
I once had some system with textdraws too. It was more of a whole-screen-filled one before spawn, which had rules and all. What should be better about the textdraws is the font for some of them and also I think there could be some shadow changes, less whitespace between lines (or at least organized). Otherwise - cool.
