A Great Icon Site

This is an excellent site for icons!

You can download most packs/singles as either large 256x256 .PNGs for THUMBNAIL Layout on folders, or the .ICO for the other views for folders and apps.


Heres a screen of a set I got, I got the PNGs and the same icos for the different views, and now its really nice and organized:
