The company's who have employers using this stuff are not to blame. Most often companies such as KLM, ING, AEGON forbid people from using other types of data storage, not given by the company. And god damn, why don't people realize that if you can access it without a password other people could also access it without a password?!

True, but still, the manufacturer should in my opinion generate a random password, or force the user to setup one.
