Welcome to The Glass Pavilion, an ultramodern house located in Santa Barbara, California.
Architect Steve Hermann originally built the house for himself, but he changed his plans along the way and put it up for sale a while ago for an expensive $35 million, the house was later sold for $24 million.
The residence itself is 1.300m²/13,875ft², and is located on a property of 14.000m²/152,460ft².
Features include 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, kitchen with wine room, and last but not least: an art gallery displaying the architect’s vintage car collection. (photos located at the bottom)
