Until one eats it's trainer Aw man, I was going to make a reference to the MGM lion eating it's trainer, but it's apparently fake :(

No, I read multiple sources claiming it's fake. There were multiple lions, and none ate their trainer.

Ah okay I misunderstood.. was probably still half asleep when I wrote my first reply, thought you meant the lion itself was fake lol, you meant the lion killing a trainer.

I was thinking/misunderstanding the exact same thing lol
